Guardian registration & consent
Registration is always completed by a parent or guardian. Participation consent, photo permissions, and other items are collected in the form and kept on record.

Capacity-limited booking
Supports pay-as-you-go programs like "every Wednesday, attend whenever you can". Per-session capacity and waitlists are managed automatically.

Attendance check
Coaches see the day’s participant list in the app and check attendance on the spot. Parents can see the record from their side too.

Per-session & monthly billing
Bill per session or as monthly tuition. Invoices and payment status link up automatically, and month-end reconciliation disappears.

Attendance trends, utilization, and revenue by program and by period. The data you need to decide when to add the next class.
