We hold data about the people
you care about most. We know it.
A sports organization’s data includes children’s names, their photos, and family contact details. That is exactly why we explain how we handle it in plain language, not jargon.
Personal information is shown by role
Contact details such as email addresses and phone numbers are visible only to administrators. Captains and other parents see only what operations require, such as names and affiliation. Each organization controls who can see what.
About children’s data
Junior registrations are completed by a parent or guardian by design. Consent is kept on record, and photo and video posting can be enabled or disabled per organization. Data is never used for anything other than running the organization, and is never sold to third parties.
Money never passes through us
Payments are processed directly through payment providers such as Stripe, with your organization as the recipient. YuzuSports never holds funds, and card details are never stored on YuzuSports servers.
Storage and portability
Data travels over encrypted connections (TLS) and is stored securely in the cloud. Your organization’s data belongs to your organization. You can export it at any time, and we delete it on request when you leave.
Syncing with your existing data
Sync with Google Sheets and similar tools happens only within the scope your organization explicitly authorizes. Access can be revoked at any time.
