Fluxweave ("we") sets out below how personal information is handled in the sports-organization operations platform YuzuSports (the "Service"). This English text is provided for convenience; the Japanese version is authoritative.

1. Information we collect

In providing the Service we may collect: (1) information registered by organizations and users (name, email address, phone number, organization, headshot, etc.); (2) information about children registered by a parent or guardian (name, date of birth, photo, etc.); (3) information generated through use of the Service (attendance, match records, invoice and payment status, etc.); and (4) the contents of inquiries.

2. Purposes of use

We use the information collected to provide and operate the Service, verify identity, share operational information within the user’s organization, support invoicing and payment processing, respond to inquiries, and improve the Service. Where we intend to use information for any other purpose, we obtain consent in advance.

3. Disclosure to third parties

We do not disclose personal information to third parties without the individual’s consent, except as required by law. We never sell personal information. To the extent necessary for operations such as payment processing, we may entrust handling to payment providers (such as Stripe) and other service providers.

4. Children’s information

Registration of junior users is completed with the consent of a parent or guardian. Visibility of a child’s information is limited to what the organization needs to operate, and contact details are not shown to anyone other than administrators.

5. Security measures

To prevent unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or leakage of personal information, we encrypt communications, control access permissions, and take other appropriate security measures.

6. Access, correction, and deletion

On request from the individual (or, for a child, their parent or guardian), we will disclose, correct, suspend use of, or delete retained personal data in accordance with applicable law. Please contact us through the inquiry form to make a request.

7. Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy in response to changes in law or in the Service. Material changes will be announced on this website.
